2. Description of Service

Vallen is a SaaS platform that enables small businesses to:

• Create and manage online product catalogs
• Upload and optimize product images
• Generate shareable catalog links
• Integrate with WhatsApp for customer communication
• Process customer orders and manage inventory

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Vallen.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Types

• Free Plan: Limited features as specified on our pricing page
• Pro Plan: Enhanced features with monthly billing
• Business Plan: Full features with monthly billing

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through our payment provider
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on initial paid subscription
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@vallen.app
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Cancellation by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period

6.2 Termination by Vallen

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

7. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Vallen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Promotes prohibited products
• Contains malware or malicious code

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Resell or redistribute the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, code, branding, and design are owned by Vallen and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vallen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Honduras. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
